The hotel has the charm of a school cafeteria but provided a comfortable, excellently heated, quiet, and nicely furnished room. However, it felt just like an oven during my stay. The service was friendly overall, with a casual approach that some might find a bit too informal. The location, near the center of Munich, made it easy to get around with public transportation. The dining experience was perfect, offering a variety of foods and beverages to choose from. The facilities were sufficient without any standout features.
